CARB

YOUR Source for INFORMATION that affects our industry.

To read and understand CARB and its affects on the woodworker, we have gathered information from various sources including the ARB, which is found in our Reference Library section. CLICK HERE

We also have provided a link to listen to the CARB webinar held by the ARB on June 23, 2008. CLICK HERE.

Third Party Certifier

On May 14, 2008, CPA became the first Third Party Certifier (TPC) in the world to be approved by CARB to begin certifying manufacturers by the CARB rule.

Here is the list of CARB Compliant Panel Producers as of Aug 5, 2008. CLICK HERE.

New Emissions Classifications

The ULEF / NAF will grant the CARB exemption to the Ultra-Low Emitting (ULEF) and No Added Formaldehyde (NAF) Audit Programs. Those panel manufacturers, who are seeking a CARB exemption for their ULEF or NAF products, please know it is coming.

Information and producers will be posted when available so please CHECK BACK!

McKillican / CARB
