General Description

Encore™ Sustainable Design Particleboard (SDP)* design particleboard panel utilizes a binding system containing no urea formaldehyde and is manufactured with 100% recycled wood fiber. Encore meets the most stringent emission standards in the world and offers the highest physical properties in a urea formaldehyde fee particleboard available on the market today. This product meets the ANSI A208.1-1999 requirements, is EPP & SCS Certified and CHPS Approved.

• M3 Industrial Proper ties (ANSI A208.2-1999) – ideal for high and
low pressure laminates, wood veneers, vinyls, thin overlays
and liquid finishes.
• Special blend of western softwoods provides dimensional stability and higher bending properties with enhanced
core strength.

Ideal Applications

Particleboard is a non-structural interior product made from wood particles that are byproducts from the manufacture of other wood products. The wood particles are mixed with synthetic resins or binders and formed under heat and pressure into a panel. The board consists of several layers: A core and two outside layers or faces. All of SierraPine's particleboard products are SCS certified for their recycled fiber content and meet ANSI A208.1-1999.
