Environmental Description

Environmental Responsibility
There is a growing concern regarding environmental issues among the architectural and design communities. More and greater efforts are being made to safeguard natural environments for tomorrow's generations. The use of Jacaranda wood veneer products, such as SanFoot and SanPly, has always offered the advantage of conserving our natural resources. The patented process for slicing the logs used to manufacture these products yields three times the square footage when compared to conventional methods. Also, many of the veneer logs now used are sourced from plantations dedicated to growing some of the most desirable species. Plantations and newly developed conservation methods are the future for sustainable harvests. Jacaranda supports these efforts and organizations dedicated to protecting the environment and natural resources.
