Environmental Description

The Chemetal finishes are made entirely of aluminum, the most recycled material on the planet. Also, Chemetal is not petroleum-based, unlike many plastics, resins and other commercial interior products. Plus, some of the aluminum finishes contain up to 85% recycled. Chemmetal laminates are recommended for interior use only, on vertical and light duty horizontal surfaces.

When used on other horizontal surfaces , the laminates should be protected under glass or other equivalent materials. Caution should be taken on surfaces that may be exposed to harsh chemicals, acidic type acids, or beverages (alcoholic, colas, etc.) without cleaning the surface for lengthy periods of time.
