Finished Product Options

CONCRETE PRESSURES
One of the most important steps in form design is to determine
maximum concrete pressure. The panels specifications and
spacing of framing, will depend on the maximum load. Other
issues to consider are pour rate, concrete temperature, slump,
type, density, method of vibration, and height of form. For information
on load limits, maximum pressures or any other specification,
consult your supplier.

CURVED FORMS
Roseburg’s concrete forming panels can also be used to create
curved forms. The Radii chart shows the appropriate minimums
for PourMor, BB O&ES and MDO PourMor panels of the thicknesses
shown when bent dry. Tighter radii can be achieved by specifying panels that are free of knots and short grain, and/or by wetting or steaming. Caution: occasionally, a panel may experience localized failure at these tighter radii.

smallest to the largest project, and from the simplest to the most complex, Roseburg’s concrete forming panels offer quality construction needed to produce dependable concrete forms MDO PourMor is designed specifically for application when a smooth, matte looking concrete finish is desired. PourMor, BB O&ES produces
a uniform concrete surface. Both panels offer high strength and stiffness, producing durable concrete forms. If used properly, quality
construction ensures the finest results. Both PourMor(BB O&ES) and MDO PourMor are re useable.
