Wood Glue - Titebond II Extend Wood Glue

General Description

Titebond II Extend Wood Glue, across-linking polyvinyl acetate emulsion, that passes the ANSI Type II water-resistance specification and has a slower set speed. Titebond II Extend provides superior performance on common wood species, particleboard, MDF, plywood and other porous materials. It provides a transulucent glue line that offers excellent sandability and is unaffected by finishes.

Titebond II Extend is compatible for use with Hot Press and radio frequency (R-F) gluing systems.

Avoid application that involves continuous submrsion or is below the waterline. Not for structural or load bearing applications.

Total Assy Time: 20-25 mins(70 degrees fahrenheit/50% RH)
Minimum Spread: 6 mils or 250 sq.ft/gal (approx)
Clamping Pressure: Generally 30-80 psi (HPL), 100-150 psi
(softwood), 125-175 psi (mediumwood)
and 175-250 psi (hardwood)
Method of Application: Plastic bottles, roll spreader or brush
Clean-up: Damp Cloth (wet) Scrape & Sand (dry)
