Cold Press Laminating Adhesive - Titebond Cold Press for HPL

General Description

Titebond Cold Press for HPL, a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, is a high quality, economical alternative to contact cement with a moderate set speed. Titebond Cold Press for HPL is formulated for cold press laminating of High Pressure Laminates and backed veneers on solid woods, particle board, MDF, plywood and other porous materials. It provides a transulucent glue line and contains no harful or corrosive fumes.

Titebond for Cold Press HPL is specifically designed for laminating flexible materials and is not suited for other types of assembly applications.

Avoid application where temperatures (glue oir materials) are below 50 degrees F. Not recommended for exterior use or where moistture may be present.

Minimum Spread: 6 mils or 250 sq.ft/gal (approx)
Clamping Pressure: 30-80 psi (HPL), 100-150 psi (panel-on-
frame), 100-250 (Veneer)
Method of Application: Mechanical Spreader is recommended.
Clean-up: Damp Cloth (wet) Scrape & Sand (dry)
